The Beginning of Grazin Charcuterie

The Beginning of Grazin Charcuterie

Wow, even as I sit here writing the first blog for The Grazin Charcuterie, I’m still in shock and awe that my husband and I have managed to create this company – one that I’m not only so passionate about but one that I hope brings our clients many warm (and tasty) memories and brings people together.
We started The Grazin Charcuterie in 2022, and though my immense love for cheese is what drove me to embark on this new journey, I wanted to provide fellow cheese and graze lovers with products that are organically produced where possible. Additionally, I want to provide them with services that reflect my values and love for the environment, such as by using sustainable packaging for all our graze boards.
My husband is the designer, photographer and website creator behind The Grazin Charcuterie. We get to combine our skills and passions, and mutual love for Brie, to create a business that delivers quality products, services, and satisfaction.

So without further ado, let’s get into some tasty seasonal recipes which I’ll be regularly releasing on this page. Each one is guaranteed to wow any guests and are super quick, and simple to make.

The Yummy Summer Garland
As summer draws to a close, it’s not too late to gather a few friends to celebrate the final weeks of the rare summer we’ve had. This garland makes a great side to any delicious meal and a glass of wine (or two)!

You’ll need:
A paddle board (or a standard flat dish)
25g pea shoots
130g raspberries
190g strawberries
150g red grapes (preferably seedless)
80g feta cheese
20g mint leaves
Viola flowers, to garnish
Salad dressing of your choice

Method
1) Arrange the pea shoots in a ring around the paddle board, ensuring there is a circular space left in the centre.
2) Halve the grapes and place them evenly on the pea shoots all around the ring created.
3) Halve the strawberries (you can cut them into smaller pieces if you wish) and add them to the garland.
4) Add the raspberries and feta cheese (cut into small cubes) around the garland.
5) Garnish with viola flowers, sprinkle some salad dressing and voila!
