How do I place an order?
To place an order, please go to the Order Now button on the homepage. You will be re-directed to an order form to complete. A response will be sent within 24 hours. Orders are not confirmed until correspondence and payment is received.
When is payment due?
For Grazing Tables, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. Full payment will then be due no later than a week before your event. All other orders require full payment.
How far in advance can I place my order?
48 hours in advance is ideal. If you need something last minute, please feel free to reach out. Grazing tables require a week's notice.
Can I customise my board?
Absolutely! In general, most of the products for the board are interchangeable. Pricing may vary depending on the customisation.
Do you accommodate dietary needs?
Please make note that all boards/boxes/tables are NOT made in a nut free facility. Please contact us for any dietary requests and allergy information.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Please feel free to reach out to find out the fee for your location.
How do I pay?
Currently accepting Credit Cards and Paypal.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled 3 days prior to delivery will receive a credit towards a future order. Orders cancelled less than 3 days prior to delivery are ineligible for a refund.
